Citroen após uma longa semana de poeira e terra foi trazido até a Arte Models para uma limpeza e lubrificação. De começo foi retirado o motor, assim como muitas peças da transmissão e toda a parte elétrica do carro; para que pudesse ser completamente limpo e revisado.

Dos treinadores à venda é um dos mais trabalhosos para montar e apesar do belo esquema de cores, o material utilizado para entelagem é um adesivo, quando a maioria dos concorrentes já usam termo adesivo.

Este é o Sky Raider da The World Models após ter sido desencaixotado, um ARF bem embalado com todas as peças separadas em embalagem numerada para facilitar a identificação. Modelo de fácil montagem e bom encaixe entre as peças; entretanto, tem o mesmo ponto fraco de todos os modelos da TWM, a entelagem que solta facilmente(pior ainda quando em vôo).

Eu sempre tive uma vontade de voar Heli pela dificuldade que é normalmente passada aos iniciantes, tipo aprender a voar Heli é muito mais difícil que aprender a voar Aero. É verdade que já tenho boa noção como e para onde os comandos controlam o Helimodelo, está sendo muito desafiador esse novo estilo de vôo. A maior dificuldade é a percepção visual do modelo, ou seja, se ele está inclinado para frente, trás ou para as laterais. Junto com minha vontade, veio a necessidade de aprender para voar helicópteros de clientes e poder testar os helicópteros que a Arte Models já consertava.

&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;O que mais impressiona no Helimodelismo é a autonomia de vôo(sem necessitar de pista) e ainda a praticidade de transporte. O que mais incomoda são as baterias que precisam ser carregadas frequentemente. As baterias usadas são duas Xing Ling de 2200mha e 20C com autonomia de 9 minutos de vôo cada(excelente para a capacidade da bateria). Pretendo comprar pelo menos mais 3 baterias para voar bastante sem ter que carregar no campo.
Atualmente este modelo está na bancada aguardando peças devido uma estranha lenha no sábado próximo passado. Nada que fuja da normalidade de uma fase de aprendizado.

As primeiras impressões são de um modelo bem embalado, com todas as miudezas separadas em saquinhos e de belíssima entelagem(refiro-me a escolha de cores e formas e não a qualidade do termo adesivo usado pela TWM).

&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Aqui o Super Frontier Senior pronto. Esse modelo foi testado no Aeroporto do Paço do  Lumiar e
teve ótimo desempenho em vôo. Lembrando que esse modelo é mais uma pipa que um avião. Quem conhece o kadett Senior da Sig sabe exatamente o que eu estou falando. O vôo desse modelo é bem lento e o planeio dele é excelente. É um modelo bem leve e um maravilhoso voador, conseguindo voar tranquilamente com um motorzinho .40 apesar de todo esse tamanho. Foi instalado um motor .46 da Magnum e um rádio Futaba 4 canais.

A hangar 9 é uma fábrica que destaca-se pela leveza e bom acabamento de seus modelos, e esse não é diferente. Os pontos negativos encontrados no kit foram: O manual tem um erro grave, não há instruçào para instalar nem colar os pinos da asas; o outro problema foi a falta de muitos parafusos e arruelas.

Aqui podemos observar que o servo do acelerador foi substituído por um micro servo; isso foi feito devido o posicionamento da alavanca de acelerador do motor, um O.S. .70 FL. O receptor já estava devidamente protegido mas, faltava posicionar as antenas a 90 graus uma da outra.

&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; font-family: courier new;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt;Para uma boa solda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt; é necessario que as superficies que vão ser soldadas estejam isentas de gordura ou de sujeira, se possível limpar a região com álcool isopropílico ou com álcool normal , se for normal aguarde alguns segundos para secar a água, mas isso é frescura.
Para a boa adesão da solda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt; tanto o metal de adição quanto os metais que vão ser unidos devem estar na temperatura adequada, portanto não adianta só despejar a solda em cima &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt;do lugar que você vai soldar, a superficie a ser soldada também tem de estar bem quente, portanto a melhor técnica é esquentar as partes e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt;derreter a solda sobre ele.
Você deve estanhar antes os dois locais a serem soldados,assim fica bem mais fácil
Para ver se a solda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt; ficou boa ou não, basta olhar para a aparência da mesma, se ela estiver meio pálida com aparência ruim e sem brilho, pode esquecer, essa é a chamada "solda fria", uma boa solda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt; fica brilhante e com aparência de coisa bem feita.
Não recomendo aquelas pastas de solda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black;"&gt; pois com o tempo elas oxidam a região, compre o cordão de solda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: courier new;color:black;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: normal;"&gt; que já vem com o fluxo e um bom ferro de 40 Watts com algumas pontas alternativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: courier new;color:black;" &gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px; line-height: normal;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

Bloco e rolamentos novos. A trajetória desse motor é longa , foi de 4 aeromodelistas e sempre  apresentou problemas ; o primeiro dono até tentou enviar para a garantia mas, desistiu em função da demora e custo. Diagnóstico: o motor tinha a tampa do cárter montada errada, a camisa estava fora da posição normal e uma obstrução no carburador que dificultava a passagem de combustível. Quanto ao posicionamento da camisa e tampa do cárter, não sei afirmar se vieram assim de fábrica ou se um dos donos desmontou e montou erradamente(o que é mais provável).

Esta é uma Pick-up da marca Siniyh em escala 1/10. O Lucas que é o proprietário, não estava conseguindo dar partida no modelo. Foi verificado que além da vela queimada, o cabeçote estava frouxo, o que ocasionava um grande vazamento na parte traseira do motor. Após solucionado o problema do motor, foi verificado que a embreagem não estava funcionando bem; demorava para engrenar e aquecia muito. Retirado o sino de embreagem(Clucth Bell) foi constatado que o rolamento, que centra a embreagem, havia derretido(Foto abaixo). Trocado o rolamento e remontado foi realizada uma limpeza e lubrificação.

No detalhe podemos ver a biela quebrada, o pistão também danificado, provavelmente o pistão foi danificado após a quebra da biela , podemos ver também alguns fragmentos de metal.

Observe que na posição de entre 12h e 1h(posição dos números de um relógio) podemos identificar uma marca no cabeçote, esta marca foi feita por um fragmento que subiu e foi empurrado pelo pistão até o cabeçote. Foi danificada a camisa também. Será realizada a troca da camisa, do pistão, da biela e dos rolamentos. Este motor é de propriedade do aeromodelista Mauro; atualmente propulsiona um Starflyer 40 da tevel. Após muitas horas de vôo, observou-se a necessidade de trocar os rolamentos e aproveitamos a oportunidade para uma descabonização geral do motor.

Aqui podemos ver o motor completamente desmontado e com todas as peças à mostra. Foi realizada uma inspeção minuciosa com o objetivo de identificar possíveis peças defeituosas e/ou desgastadas. Nenhuma peça apresentou desgaste maior que o normal, sendo assim, foi realizada a troca dos rolamentos e limpeza geral.

Nesta foto o motor já tinha sido completamente limpo e descabonizado e estava pronto para ser montado. Após a montagem é feita outra inspeção com o objetivo de observar se existe algum vazamento ou dificuldade de ajuste entre as peças. Depois disso é partir para a regulagem das agulhas de alta e baixa.

A descabonização e limpeza é necessária para aumentar a vida útil do motor assim como melhorar o rendimento. Em close a peça que apresentou desgaste. Essa engrenagem é a que realiza a marcha ré; é muito importante durante a troca de direção (frente/ré) parar completamente o modelo e após a troca acelerar lentamente para que a mudança de marcha aconteça sem grandes trancos. Após ter sofrido uma lenha, esta asa foi feito um corte em formato retangular para facilitar a reposição do pedaço que foi perdido.

O corte foi realizado com um cortador de isopor, utilizando moldes da nervura conseguimos uma peça bem interessante para o conserto.

Os últimos acertos foram feitos com lixa, pelo amigo Líssio Fiod(proprietário do modelo). Depois disso, foi colado o pedaço de isopor na asa, colado o bordo de ataque e chapeado com balsa.

Apesar de ser vendida especificamente para o monster da HSP, não vem com os recortes das rodas, nem dos pára-choques. É bastante trabalhoso fazer todos os cortes, porém, depois dessa fase é só aplicar os adesivos(inclusos) e furar a passagem dos postes de fixação.

Aqui podemos observar que o leme pode ser rebatido para não forçar durante o transporte e também em caso que existir algum obstáculo dentro d'água.

Aqui ele pronto. Importante lembrar que a hélice fez bastante diferença em nossos testes; o melhor resultado foi obtido com uma 11x6.

Conjunto foi testado em açude na cidade de  Itapecuru Mirim, que fica a 110km de São Luís. As decolagens são bem longas e as saídas devem ser suaves. Modelo teve pouquíssima mudança no vôo, continuando com bom planeio e ótima manobrabilidade. Após muito trabalho duro, horas de desmontagem, limpeza, lubricação e montagem; aí está o "novo" Big Monster. Observe a mudança de cor do cabeçote do motor que estava opaco e sem brilho; foi realizado um polimento e depois pintado de preto(alta temperatura).

&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;    Este é um Citroen Xsara da editora Salvat, motor PRO 15 BX, rádio jaguar (tipo Stick), modelo de propriedade do Sr. Alfredo, que me procurou para fazer todos os ajustes necessários para que o carrinho funcionasse perfeitamente. Nesta foto o modelo já tinha sido desmontado, lubrificado, revisado, remontado (em blocos o que facilita a manutenção); ou seja, estava muito próximo de ficar pronto.

&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;    Um detalhe curioso neste kit, particularmente, foi a dificuldade de encaixe entre o "clucth bell" e o eixo do "fly wheel" onde é posicionado um rolamento; foi necessário tornear o "clucth bell" para que o encaixe fosse feito e tivesse a quantidade de folga necessária para o perfeito funcionamento do conjunto de embreagem.
    A arte models dispõe de um pequeno torno mecânico UNIMAT, que deu conta do recado com tranquilidade.

&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;    Após todo o processo de montagem, o Citroen ficou pronto, já foi testado e entrgue ao proprietário. O teste foi realizado na pista do Aeroporto Alexandre Raposo(Paço do Lumiar).
    Modelo muito veloz, principalmente por dispor de duas marchas. É muito empolgante sentir a mudança de marcha e o modelo disparar em grande velocidade. Freio muito eficiente. Um excelente modelo, mecânica simples e muito confiável.

Aeromodelo Velox 61, de propriedade do Cmte. Newton, foi instalado um motor O.S. 91 4T, com hélice 14X6, rádio spectrum DX-7. Modelo muito leve devido a fuselagem alveolada, com baixa velocidade de stol e bastante acrobático.

Foto do motor logo após ter sido retirado do Chassi do modelo, estava muito sujo e encrostado. Este motor estava trancado, pois, foi deixado parado sem os cuidados necessários, por muito tempo.

Ao retirar o cabeçote, uma enorme crosta de material depositado misturado com óleo e poeira. O cárter estava muito sujo também e todo travado.

Após a total desmontagem do motor, ele foi limpo, completamente lubrificado e remontado.

Após muita limpeza e lubrificação, temos o motor montado, pronto para ser instalado no modelo, onde terá início a fase de ajustes e regulagens.
Dicas:
Antes de guardar seu modelo;
1-Tire todo o combustível do tanque
2-Funcione o motor para queimar qualquer combustível remanescente no interior do motor
3-Coloque algumas gotas de óleo "After Run" (pode ser Singer) no carburador e faça o motor girar algumas vezes

Esta bela Bmw M3, em escala 1/10, é de propriedade do engenheiro mecânico Ranieri Moura, que após comprar todos os fascículos da editora Salvat, montou seu automodelo de forma primorosa; porém, ele encontrou algumas dificuldades, principalmente no ajuste da embreagem, câmbio e direção. Desta forma este automodelo foi completamente desmontado e remontado aqui na Arte models, para que pudesse rodar de forma suave  e sem danificar nenhum de seus componentes.
